Program Description
Generally, providers who perform well during depositions do so because they set themselves up to do well long before a lawsuit is filed. Professional skills, including accurate and concise charting, effective patient-centered communication and follow-up, and proactive communication with colleagues, increase the odds of depositions going well for a provider. In this year’s KAMMCO Loss Prevention program, accomplished defense litigator Don Gribble, JD will discuss how the skills contributing to quality patient care mirror the core factors leading to a successful provider deposition.
