KAMMCO members can stay abreast of emerging threats, receive a risk rating to assess cyber resiliency, and even reduce risks from third-party vendors that handle sensitive information. Receive training, create sample policies, establish incident response plans, and follow best practices to improve your cyber security.

KAMMCO education programs encourage physicians, administrators, and medical office and hospital staff to take advantage of education offerings either in-person, via webinar, or through online learning. Many courses offer Continuing Medical Education (CME) for physicians as well as Nursing Contact Hours. Our partner, Med-IQ, offers online specialty-specific curriculum with CME. The user-friendly Med-IQ system allows course access 24/7 from any computer or mobile device with internet capability.

KAMMCO members have access to a highly requested and valuable members-only Loss Prevention Guide. Originally created to help members improve patient care and reduce medical professional liability exposure, the guide has become a handbook for Kansas physicians. Popular sections include tips on billing and collections, changes to national health care law, and updates to Kansas regulations.

Members have access to cost-saving health care goods and services though KAMMCO’s alliance with APS. APS has a diverse portfolio of solutions designed to meet the needs of small and medium-sized providers at pricing traditionally available only to larger health care organizations. Offerings range from staffing and credentialing services to outsourced revenue cycle management and medical supplies.

Quality Data Check (QDC) is a comprehensive quality and risk management software system which allows hospitals to report, investigate, and trend risk and quality-related events. This product is offered at no cost to KAMMCO hospital member.
